  Very clean and tidy. Clean amenities and swimming pools. Much nicer than the blue dolphin.

  Very disappointing experience. We have been coming to this camp ground for 10 years. When we booked in for the Christmas holidays just passed, we were given the wrong site. We own a tent, but were given a caravan site (so alot of concrete on the site - making it very difficult to set up). When we alerted them to this error, they said there was nothing they could do and just to set up as best as possible. After driving 4 hours, and this being the only time of year we have off, this is what we did. However, while we were setting up, our daughter had a fall and hit her head quite badly on the concrete, giving her a black eye. Also, set up wasn't ideal either, our daughter is in a wheelchair, so we need to manually lift her in and out of the tent, but due to the awkward set up we had to bend down each time we entered or exited the tent. Within one day we both had terrible backs so decided to leave. We informed reception of our decision and was hoping for a credit for our inconvenience. However, they were extremely rude and repeatedly stated that is was not their problem and would not give us a credit despite their error and the fact we have been loyal customers for 10 years. They would not listen to our side of the story, they just kept repeatedly saying it was not their problem and we shouldn't have accepted the site in the first place (after driving 4hrs and this being our only annual holiday, we didn't really have a choice). I felt I had to calm them down when we left, instead of the other way around. Very disappointing. Won't be recommending or returning.

  Great place to camp and bring your dog! Ensuite sites are very convenient
